If changes take place, we adjust the plan flexibly. This way we can always meet your needs, timetables and requirements. You as an exhibitor, supplier or PCO can also easily download relevant documents such as registration and customs forms via our online portal.
We unburden you. From the start of the project, your shipment is in safe hands. We monitor the shipment, take care of any customs formalities and, if necessary, remove any irregularity. This gives you the assurance that the shipment will arrive at your stand in time. During the exhibition we take care of the storage of your packaging material, tools etc.
We unburden you. The exhibition is over and we ensure that the packaging material is back on your stand as quickly as possible, after which you can pack the shipment. On request we will send you return labels and you can add them to your shipment. After this we will collect the goods from your stand and take care of the return transport to your address, the next trade show or, after consultation, to our warehouse.
